We offer our Zambezi Whitewater Rafting and Kayaking 13 day adventure in September and October because these dry months are the best to see game and experience the Zambezi River when wildlife come down to the banks of the river to drink, swim and frolic in the shallows. In addition, the tall grasses of spring and summer have been either eaten down or dried and spotting the animals is much easier in these african winter months. Camp on the sand beaches of the Zambezi and listen to the sounds of African wildlife blending with the soothing rush of the mighty Z.
