There is nothing like travel to experience our beautiful and fascinating world first-hand. Deciding to travel, and deciding on an adventure excursion, in particular, is one of the most exciting decisions you can make. Deciding to travel without adequate travel insurance, however, could be one of the most dangerous and costly decisions you make.
Expecting the best while preparing for the worst is an important rule of thumb when preparing for a trip abroad. Unfortunate accidents can happen to anyone at any time – from flight cancellations and unexpected family emergencies to hiking or rafting accidents or sudden severe illness, not to mention the possibility of civil unrest in the nation(s) you’re visiting – anything can happen and it’s vitally important you protect yourself.

-An injury that is a medical emergency
-An illness that requires medication and/or hospitalization
-Unexpected need to travel home before return date
