Bio Bio Expeditions - Fishing
While we began as a whitewater rafting and kayaking adventure company, Bio Bio Expeditions’ years on Patagonia rivers inspired a passion for fly fishing and angling that (nearly!) surpasses our love of whitewater.
With a love of all things river, we are pioneers in flyfishing whitewater. Fish eddies between stretches of the Futaleufu River’s rapids – fishing holes accessed only by watercraft. We have three catarafts professionally outfitted with state-of-the-art fishing frames, casting platforms and swivel seats. With supremely professional whitewater skills, our fishing guides can take your boat anywhere you like on the river.
An added bonus: in addition to world-class angling, with a Base Camp perfectly and scenically situated on the river, early morning fishing doesn’t get any easier! Cast from our put-in eddy only a moment’s walk from your riverfront bungalow or from a strategically placed cataraft. Our fishing adventures are unique and exciting – test your whitewater fly fishing skills in one of the most amazing locations on earth!
