Bio Bio Expeditions owner Marc Goddard began guiding on the Zambezi in 1989, completing over 300 descents and forging lasting friendships with local guides. These connections make our trips truly unique.

Each year we return to the Zambezi River, which flows between Zambia and Zimbabwe, to experience its many moods—from the calm Upper Zambezi to the wild Batoka Gorge and the stunning Victoria Falls. Evenings feature traditional music, campfires, and unforgettable stories.

To round out the adventure, we combine rafting with luxury safaris in Botswana, Namibia, and Zimbabwe for incredible wildlife viewing.
