Zambezi River Adventures

Marc Goddard first came to  the Zambezi in 1989—and he’s been hooked ever since. With around 100 descents under his belt, he’s experienced this legendary river across a wide range of flows, from lower water to powerful high-water seasons. Over the years, Marc has built strong connections with local guides, developed lasting friendships, and supported local communities through thoughtful contributions.

Our time on the Zambezi River—flowing between Zambia and Zimbabwe—is about experiencing its full character, from the wildlife-rich waters above Victoria Falls to the thunderous whitewater of the Batoka Gorge below. Days are spent navigating iconic rapids beneath towering canyon walls, while evenings are all about campfires, traditional music, cold drinks, and stories earned on the river.

To round out the adventure, we pair world-class rafting with luxury safaris in Botswana, Namibia, and Zimbabwe—bringing together unforgettable wildlife encounters with an iconic river experience.
