Meet Abby! A seasoned river guide who spends her summers chasing flows across the American West, she’s equally at home on big water as she is around camp. These days she spends most of her time in Idaho, but her guiding has taken her across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Oregon—building a deep, well-rounded experience on a wide range of rivers.

When winter rolls in, Abby heads south to Patagonia, where she guides on the legendary Futaleufú River—a place that’s become close to her heart. Drawn by the raw power and beauty of wild rivers, she’s passionate about sharing the magic of expedition-style trips and creating meaningful, memorable experiences for her guests. She’s always looking ahead, eager to expand her guiding into new corners of the world.

Off the river, Abby stays just as active—kayaking, backcountry snowboarding, canyoning, and traveling whenever she can. Those pursuits all feed into her broader commitment to river stewardship and thoughtful outdoor leadership.
