Travel on foot through France, Italy, and Switzerland, experiencing three cultures, cuisines, and landscapes in a single journey, led by expert mountain guides who bring the Alps to life. Itinerary
What to expect
Days 1–2: Chamonix & Mer de Glace
Arrive in Geneva in time to take the group transfer at 2pm. Arrive to Chamonix and settle in before beginning the trek with classic alpine views, including the iconic Mer de Glace glacier and dramatic Chamonix Valley scenery.
Days 3–5: High Alpine Passes & Italy
Hike through alpine villages and across historic high passes, including the Col du Bonhomme and Col de la Seigne, crossing into Italy with unforgettable views of the Mont Blanc Massif and overnighting in Courmayeur.
Days 6–7: Italy to Switzerland
Traverse spectacular ridgelines on Mont Saxe and cross the Grand Col Ferret into Switzerland, descending to charming alpine villages beneath towering glaciers.
Days 8–10: Swiss Alps & Chamonix Finale
Hike through rolling alpine pastures and forested trails, then return to France over the Col de Balme. Finish with the famed Grand Balcon traverse and optional Lac Blanc, capped by a farewell dinner in Chamonix.
Day 11: Departure
Enjoy an early breakfast followed by a morning transfer to Geneva Airport for your flight booked after 12pm.

I have been now on this same trip twice and looking at number 3 in the future. The accommodations and the guides are top notch. Words can not describe the majesty of this incredible mountain and surrounding landscapes. CME is in various areas of the trek. One day we were sitting in a field with the mountains in the background. Really?! I can’t say enough about this trip except- DO IT!!!!! This is a 5 star review
This trip was incredible. Our guides, Sebastian and Laurent were the absolute best guides and made this a memorable trip I would love to repeat. The scenery was breathtaking and great hands-on CME. I cannot recommend this trip enough.

I have been on 3 trips with this company and have absolutely loved each one. They are so attentive to your needs. My last trip was Mont Blanc and while physically demanding, it was so rewarding in every way! The guides (Seb, Lolo and Xavier) are always amazing! This will definitely not be my last trip with them!

Our accommodations were thoughtfully chosen. The CME was provided in pertinent and memorable detail. Touring Mt Blanc was breathtaking, and seeing the Ibex and Ptarmigan on the last day completed this beautiful trip!

The Tour Du Mont Blanc with Bio Bio and Nuyama guides is a fantastic way to hike and see Mt Blanc from many countries — France, Italy and Switzerland. Sebastien and Laurent are exceptional guides with wit, humor, history and flexibility no matter the change in weather. Their knowledge of the terrain and ability to ‘read the group’ was excellent. We had a wonderful experience during our Tour du Mont Blanc trip. Beautiful views, diverse trails, and lots of alpine flora and fauna. Everything was very well organized, and the accommodations and food were excellent. What made this tour super special were the AMAZING guides — Sebastien, Laurent, and Xavier — attentive, accommodating, funny and truly enjoying leading groups in the outdoors. Highly recommend.
The Tour du Mont Blanc team Bio Bio put together was magnificent. Very thorough in planning and execution and excellent educators. We became close friends with our group and our guides, who were wonderfully patient with the slower ones. As we encountered problems along the way (illness, etc.), the guides came up with great alternatives to tailor the experience. The hotels and food were first rate. Bravo Bio Bio.
This was a wonderful trip. The scenery is strikingly beautiful but what enhanced the experience was the excellent CME – interesting, informative & thoughtfully dome. Also the lovely accommodation & food and outstanding guides – Sébastien & Sébastien and the organizer extraordinaire Mike. I highly recommend this trip.
I thought that the trip was excellent.I especially commend our chief guide Laurent, who was remarkably well-informed, humorous, and easily understood. He is a real scholar about so many aspects of the geography, history, flora, etc. of the region.
